At Legacy Supply, every item is made especially for you once your order is placed. Because our products are custom-made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selections
- Change of mind
- Preference for a different color or style
- Buyer's remorse

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our products.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Once verified, we will address.
Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package has not arrived, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
We'll work with our fulfillment partners to investigate and determine the best resolution.
