At Legacy Supply TX, every item is made especially for you once your order is placed. Because our products are created on demand, please allow time for production before shipment.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed and produced within 2–7 business days.

During peak seasons, holidays, product launches, or promotional events, production times may be longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times after production:

International 10–45 Business Days

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery destination
  • Product type
  • Order size
  • Carrier rates

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on the website.

Multiple Shipments

Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners, including Printify, Printful, and Tapstitch, items within the same order may ship separately and arrive on different dates.

You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • Delays may occur
  • Additional shipping fees may apply
  • We cannot guarantee replacement or refund for orders shipped to an incorrect address submitted by the customer

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us at legacysupplytx940@gmail.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date.

We will work with the shipping carrier and fulfillment partner to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Delivered But Not Received

If tracking indicates a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors.
  2. Verify the shipping address provided at checkout.
  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly.
  4. Reach out to us for assistance.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT
  • Brokerage fees

These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in product or shipping prices unless otherwise stated.
